License & Membership Info

This License Agreement and Membership Information document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of assets available through our membership tiers. By downloading and using our assets, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Membership Tiers

We offer two membership tiers at PicRix.com:

1.1 Free Membership

To make use of our free membership (and Free License), all you need to do is sign up for a free account. You will never be charged unless you opt to upgrade to a paid membership.

Included License Type: Free License

1.2 Pro Membership

To make use of our Pro Membership (and Commercial License), all you need to do is subscribe to our paid, monthly membership plan.

Included License Type: Commercial License

2. License Terms

2.1 Free License Terms

The Free License grants you the right to:

• Unlimited personal use of assets downloaded under the free membership tier.

Here are some basic, non-exhaustive examples of what you can do with a free license:

• Create stickers for you or your kids
• Create mug wraps for yourself or as gifts
• Print t-shirts or other clothing items for yourself or as gifts
• Utilize our designs on a personal website or blog
• Create anything else you can imagine as long as you are not selling it

2.2 Commercial License Terms

The Commercial License grants you the right to:

• Commercial Use: Unlimited commercial use, including Print on Demand (POD), of designs/products created using assets downloaded while the paid membership was active.
• Continuation of Use: If the paid membership is canceled, you may continue to use any assets downloaded during the active paid membership period under the commercial license.

Here are some basic, non-exhaustive examples of what you can do with a commercial license:

• Create and sell digital designs featuring our SVG files
• Print and sell clothing items featuring prints that utilize our designs
• Utilize our designs on a commercial or business-oriented website or blog
• Create anything else you can imagine and sell it via whatever means you wish

2.3 License Conditions

Regardless of the membership tier, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute the original SVG files.
• Sell or distribute digital products that feature largely unchanged versions of the original SVG files.
• Use the assets in a way that directly competes with PicRix.com.

3. Termination

Your license to use the assets is effective until terminated. Violation of any of the terms will result in the automatic termination of your license, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the assets and destroy any copies of the assets in your possession.

For example, if you have a personal use license and are found profiting off of our designs your license will be terminated outright and you will no longer be allowed to use our designs.

As another example, if you have several of our designs under a commercial license and are found reselling them as-is, your license will be terminated outright and you will no longer be allowed to use even your previously-downloaded designs.

4. Intellectual Property

All SVG design files provided by PicRix.com are the intellectual property of PicRix.com and/or its content suppliers.

The purchase of a membership and the usage of these files does not transfer ownership, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by PicRix.com.

5. Updates to the License Agreement

PicRix.com reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the site and assets will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
